Article 1

The Parish of SS. APOSTLES PETER AND PAUL of San Chirico Raparo organizes a charity lottery called "Lottery San Chirico - Santa Sinforosa" for self-financing patronal feast.

Article 2

The Lottery will take place within the province of Potenza.

Article 3

The organizing committee is composed of: Don Nicola Modarelli - Party Committee. The headquarters of the organizing committee and the organizing secretariat is located at the Casa Canonica in Via Nicola Durante 1 San Chirico Raparo 85030.

Article 4

Each lottery ticket is made up of a matrix and a daughter (to be delivered to the buyer).

In both there is a numbering consisting of a progressive alphanumeric abbreviation and progressive numbers. The tickets are collected in blocks of 50 tickets each for a total of 50 blocks, or 2500 tickets.

Article 5

The cost of a ticket is € 10.00. The total amount of tickets that will be issued, however the price of the tickets is divided, will not exceed the sum of € 25,000.00. Each ticket contributes to a single prize according to the draw order.

Article 6

The sale of tickets ends on August 15, 2020 at 24:00.

Article 7

All prizes are visible in the premises of the Parrocchia SS. APOSTOLI PIETRO E PAOLO and in Contrada Galaino Zina PIP - 85052 Marsico Nuovo (PZ) at the LANGONE SNC dealer. More details and photos of the prizes, sponsors, rules, and where to find tickets, will be highlighted on the website http://www.santasinforosa.com. However, information will be available by writing to comitatofesta@parrocchiasanchirico.it or by calling 340/3533717.

Article 8

All the operations of control and verification of the correct procedure for awarding the prizes, as well as the drawing of the same, will be carried out at the Mother Church SS. APOSTLES PETER AND PAUL located in the Piazzetta Santa Sinforosa in San Chirico Raparo starting at 5:00 pm on 08/22/2020 with minutes of each act, in the presence of the organizing committee and a municipal official. All tickets sold will be placed in an urn. The draw of the winning tickets will be made either by the official of the municipality or by people chosen from the public if present.

The extracted numbers will be disclosed on the official website of the event, or http://www.santasinforosa.com/ and on the parish social networks. The list of numbers drawn will remain posted on the bulletin board inside the Chiesa Madre SS. APOSTLES PETER AND PAUL, until 09/22/2020. The winners not present in the draw, but who have transcribed their contact details on the matrix of each ticket purchased, will be contacted at the time of winning for the collection of the prize. The collaborators of the association organizing the competition and their family members, as well as all the other companies involved in the organization and realization of the competition, are excluded from the drawing operations. All operations under this article will take place under the control of the organizing committee.

Article 9

The prizes offered are the following:

5. Santa Sinforosa Statuette - Offered by the Parish of SS. APOSTLES PETER AND PAUL, Via Nicola Durante n.1 - San Chirico Raparo 85030 (PZ).

Regarding the prize no. 1, the Provincial Transcription Tax (IPT) and road tax are payable by the winner. The aforementioned prizes will be awarded in reverse order of extraction so that the first extract will win the number 5 prize, the last extract will win the number 1 prize.

Article 10

The objects offered by the sponsors will be delivered in the actual state and without any possibility of replacement.

Article 11

The appointees appointed by the lottery organizing committee will collect the matrices of the tickets sold and the related covers, as well as the unsold tickets, at any points of sale (if the tickets were delivered to you), possibly attaching a photocopy of the receipt. Each ticket dealer will deliver the proceeds of the sale personally by hand to a person in charge of the organizing committee, who will deliver the relative receipt. Those in charge of the collection of matrices, unsold and proceeded tickets, together with their identity document, must exhibit a delegation from the SS Parish to the merchant. APOSTLES PETER AND PAUL with signature and stamp of the Parish.

Article 12

By 22/09/2020, the winners must present and deliver the winning tickets to the organizing committee, agreeing with it on how to collect the prize. Only the delivery of the ticket gives the right to collect the prize. The collection of prizes is paid by the winners. The winners can give notice of the win by e-mail addressing it to: comitatofesta@parrocchiasanchirico.it, or by calling 340/3533717, setting the appointment, for the collection of the prize. After the deadline of 22/09/2020, the prizes not collected will be retained by the Parrocchia SS. APOSTLES PETER AND PAUL at his headquarters and subsequently donated for assistance and charity works of his choice.

Article 13

Participation in the lottery implies full knowledge and approval of these rules. The Parish of SS. APOSTOLI PIETRO E PAOLO and the organization of the Lottery San Chirico - San Chirico - Santa Sinforosa do not assume any responsibility for any printing errors on the posters, and any interruptions of the lottery, due to technical or other problems beyond the control of the organization itself. For anything not indicated in the regulation, the promoter refers to the provisions of Presidential Decree 430/2001.
